Message 2060914 - Posted: 8 Nov 2020, 6:19:55 UTC - in response to Message 2060869.

G'day Stephen,
I've been keeping busy with a few other projects and trying to keep the yard under control while doing a bit of catch up brewing. As to my other rig, it needs cleaning out and I really don't need the heat that it throws out either so I just turned it off until the heat is required again. ;-)

As to staying well is up to me learning to slow down, but I'm getting reminded more often to do so. :-D

Have fun.

. . I recently "won" battle with my yard too. But the war is never over ... <shrug>

Keep on crunching ...

Stephen

. . Hey Wiggo and anyone still reading the message forums.

. . In case you don't follow the SETI orphans thread I have taken a hit from a heatwave on Monday and so with an extremely hot summer looming I have decided to pull the plug before I lose other machines. It's been fun but time to let it go .....

. . I am overcome by a wave of nostalgia. Having resurrected the remaining rigs to try the new app in E@H I have taken the time to peruse some of the message threads. I do miss the glorious heydays of S@H <sigh>

You aren't the only one Stephen. It was a hell of a fun ride.

. . I wonder if they will publish any of their results/conclusions for us factory workers to read ?

I suspect that they will whenever they do publish. I just hope that I'm around to see the results (I'm an old guy). :)

. . Well this thread will go dark again (until I return). Have fun people. And don't forget that if you are running E@H with Maxwell cards you CAN run the new v1.28 app with just a couple of tweaks.

. . Update ...
. . Maxwell cards have been added to the v1.28 distro list so no tweaking required. Just update to drivers later than 470 to get the v1.28 tasks.
