Anyone idea ? i just installed an 2nd Nvidia card on one machine running fine and started working and new WU´s been downloaded, on other machine added an 2nd AMD card but it dont get work, log says requesting wu for ATI/AMD but server dont deliver ( 0 send ) ... can anyone using an AMD/ATI card confirm there are no WU avaible for that cards type ?

You may have to wait several hours to get any work until the splitters generating work catch up to the demand... just about everyone on the project emptied their work cache.

The data packages come out like that.
I get Green Bank data bundles as well...it is just that Aricebo data is nearly 18 years of data.....

The SETI@Home team is reanalyzing older Arecibo data as at least two significant changes were made since it was recorded. Autocorrelation analysis is now performed, and a bug with the Gaussian fit algorithm was corrected. So, it's actually a good thing, as we could find something that would otherwise have been missed.

I'm very relieved, but I never doubted you or your team.

I've been in similar situations with the FAA (having to deal with unplanned outages) at 2am with the brass calling on the phone every 15 minutes for progress updates and completion estimates. Our "drop dead" time was 04:10 EST since that's when the automatic flight plan entries started pouring in from the major carriers.

I'm not sure which was worse, fixing the actual problem under these less-than-ideal circumstances, or writing the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) the next day. Simply put, the ability to do the first doesn't always imply the ability to do the second.

So yes, I'm impressed. And grateful. [Anyone who isn't probably hasn't been in a similar situation.]
