It's been a dusty mow so far today Grant, but the grass here is still very lush and green. Cheers. |

My sister told me "wow your all set with all that rain last year" I told her not really because now we have a thick under growth, # 1 fire stock. I was right. We lost a lot of homes last year. |

I got caught in a hailstorm once out in the country, and I'd say the stones were smaller than golf balls, but big enough to do some real damage. My car at the time, got pinged pretty bad. Why is it that hail is usually bigger out in the country? I never see things like that here in the city. The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

The one they were showing were about the size of a hard ball, just a bit smaller. think of this Gordon, you have a big herd of beef and the hail comes in and beats or even killes a lot of them. Rancher takes a hell of a loss if he can't get them to market quick enough. |

The forecast was accurate. Almost slipped and fell, five minutes ago, to drive to a local store. Forget it. |

We got about 17" of snow here in kittyland. A bit more to fall overnight. Did not even bother to try to get my car unstuck from the end of the driveway today. I'll give it a shot in the morning to see if I can get to work. Meowsigh. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |
