Not one but several. Per the story a Lieutenant back at HQ ordered it. The officers with the detective allowed it. Last time I checked following an unconstitutional order was criminal. So have they been picked up, or is this going to be rug swept and a thank you given to the criminals?

Salt Lake City police say an officer seen on video dragging a screaming nurse from a hospital and handcuffing her will be put on paid vacation administrative leave after prosecutors called for a criminal investigation.
Police Chief Mike Brown said in a statement Friday that his department will comply with the investigation into Detective Jeff Payne.

Brown and the mayor of Salt Lake City have apologized for the incident and changed their policies to mirror hospital protocols.

Talk about rug sweeping, paid vacation?! I hope that hospital tells the PD for the safety of its patients and employees no officers are permitted on its grounds. The chief admitting its policy is unconstitutional?!

When is this criminal who kidnapped a nurse going into Federal custody for kidnapping? The state can't be trusted to do the right thing, it just admitted it has unconstitutional policies and is giving the cop a paid vacation as a bonus!
