Well I've finally finished the Marion Zimmer Bradley books that I have here and I may keep my eye out at the 2nd hand book stores for other of her Darkover series.

But now I'm into C.J. Cherryh books starting with "The Dreamstone".

Cheers.

Cherryh: Good fun! Enjoyed various of her books.

Here progressing through a beautifully thoughtful series from Iain Banks for his Culture Series.

Epic.

And scarily applicable to today.

The Hypochondriac's Guide to Life and Death by Gene Weingarten.

No, I'm not a hypochrondriac. I'm just hoping it's going to be a fun/funny book. So far so good.

I've just finished with C.J. Cherryh's "Fortress in the Eye of Time" and I'm just about to start "Cloud's Rider".

Cheers.

I read Matthew Perry's autobiography, Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing. It wasn't great but for me, a MP fan, it was interesting.

I've been a little busy here of late, but I'm slowly getting through C.J. Cherryh's "The Chronicles of Morgaine.".

I finished my C.J. Cherryh collection and while going through my library I came across a series by Sara Douglas that I havn't read called "The Crucible" which my missus must of got before she passed as it looks like they've only been read once. Though the core subject matter isn't my favourite subject I'm giving it a go.

Cheers.

Audiobook. “Federation” read by Mark Leonard. I had some problems listening and not thinking of the Romulan commander and Spock’s father when he voiced Spock.

Just finished Finland's national poet Johan Ludwig Runeberg's epic poem 'The Tales of Ensign Stål'. The poem describes the events of the Finnish War (1808–1809) in which Sweden lost its eastern territories. These would become incorporated into the Russian Empire as the Grand Duchy of Finland.

I'm now onto Sara Douglas' 2nd book of "The Crucible" series and it's easier going than I thought it would be.

Cheers.
