This must be a glitch with the task. It has been running over 5 hours and still at 0.000%. The time remaining is 36029 days and keeps increasing.

Normally when you see a glitch like that, best to fully exit BOINC, wait a minute or two & restart it.
If you leave the task running, it'll eventually time out with a maximum elapsed time exceeded error.

Restarting made several of the tasks abort with errors, but everything seems to be back to normal.
