I wish to welcome you to the coming New Year./
And hope that the change coming is not too much for you to accept.

I believe that the best is yet to come for this fine nation. You can either accept that of continue to embrace hate. The rage is over now/
Come over to the 'dark side'.

The force is strong with this one....................And we have prevailed..

All your tears and tirades are done now, I hope.

Time to move forward to a greater future now.
YOUR hope and change has lied and squandered what you voted for.
Now it is time for reality to move us forward.
Nobody said that life was instantly gonna become simple.
Perhaps for a while, it may get worse./

But, talk to me again four years hence.

I will place a wager right now that he gets reelected.
And that may be going out there a bit, but I will go there.
With little doubt.\\\

Trump is gonna be a two term president.

Wait 4 years to talk to you? Sure, I can do that. Meantime, enjoy another Estab and stop worshipping Trump as a savior. According to your religion, Christ is your one and only savior.

Well, that is true enough.
Once time has passes, and truth be told, that shall be the final statement.
BUT, until the day of rapture comes, we have to deal with the here and now of our reality.
And I am NOT claiming that Trump is the new Christ. Where in my postings did you ever get that??????????????/

I have repeatedly said that he is a human being, and possibly may fail.
I do not think he will, but he could.
The only president that did not fail was JFK, and he was killed before he got the chance to make a legacy, good or bad.

Mark, IMO yes he did called Viet Nam.

The very reason.
And who took over? His assassin, of course.

I could post hours upon hours of documentary proof, but not today.
Not today. I am way too tired of reliving it and dealing with what was left behind.
And knowing what could have been.
The legacy that could have been.

I tell ya what.................
If...in that instant. I were given the choice of my life or his. I would have given mine for his without a moment's hesitation. And know that I had made the correct choice.
Because the world would be a far better place had we experienced sir John Fitzgerald Kennedy as our president for his lifetime. What we should have had.
What was stolen from us that day in Dallas.
And you know who did it.
The man in line to stand with the most to gain.
I shall stop here,
Because if I get wound up, ................and I am not going down that rabbit hole just now.

Peace to all mankind...........that is what JFK would have wanted.
I can live with that. In his honor and memory.

JFK did not fail?? Well, I can think of one failure of his... Three words...

Bay of Pigs.

Volume IV: The Taylor Committee Investigation of the Bay of Pigs

This volume, which Pfeiffer wrote in an “unclassified” form with the intention of publishing it after he left the CIA, represents his forceful rebuttal to the findings of the Presidential Commission that Kennedy appointed after the failed invasion, headed by General Maxwell Taylor. In the introduction to the 300 pages volume, Pfeiffer noted that the CIA had been given a historical “bum rap” for “a political decision that insured the military defeat of the anti-Castro forces”—a reference to President Kennedy’s decision not to provide overt air cover and invade Cuba after Castro’s forces overwhelmed the CIA-trained exile Brigade. The Taylor Commission, which included Attorney General Robert Kennedy, he implied, was biased to defend the President at the expense of the CIA. General Taylor’s “strongest tilts were toward deflecting criticism of the White House,” according to the CIA historian.

According to Pfeiffer, this volume would present “the first and only detailed examination of the work of, and findings of, the Taylor Commission to be based on the complete record.” His objective was to offer “a better understanding of where the responsibility for the fiasco truly lies.” To make sure the reader fully understood his point, Pfeiffer ended the study with an “epilogue” consisting of a one paragraph quote from an interview that Raul Castro gave to a Mexican journalist in 1975. “Kennedy vacillated,” Castro stated. “If at that moment he had decided to invade us, he could have suffocated the island in a sea of blood, but he would have destroyed the revolution. Lucky for us, he vacillated.”

After leaving the CIA in the mid 1980s, Pfeiffer filed a freedom of information act suit to obtain the declassification of this volume, and volume V, of his study, which he intended to publish as a book, defending the CIA. The CIA did eventually declassify volume IV, but withheld volume V in its entirety. Pfeiffer never published the book and this volume never really circulated publicly.

Even though Kennedy had authorized the operation, he backed out at the last minute. If he had either not authorized it to begin with, or he had not 'vacillated' with his promised support, history would likely have been different. Perhaps the Cuban people would not have had to suffer 50+ years of an embargo.

Don't blame me, I voted for Johnson(L) in 2016.

Truth is dangerous... especially when it challenges those in power.

BTW, and needs another thread: Oswald did it for his own reasons. And Rubinstein (Jack Ruby) also acted alone, because of his demons.

Those who need a conspiracy will never believe that.

I surprised how many people must have some conspiracy or delusion. It seems the answer "not known" can not be accepted. They then go on to invent wild fantastic flights of fancy to explain and truly believe them as factual. If you show it false, they will simply invent another layer to explain away the reason it was false.
