I know i`m late, but usually i do it on christmas eve. My wife hates that i`m doing it so late but thats tradition in our family. Since one of my sons visiting my daughter in-laws parents in Dresden tomorrow we have a little pre celebration tonight. The Angus steaks already arrived so i can serve it later in the evening.
