Hi Mike,
Get the doc to declare your problems permanent so the employer has to provide suitable adjustments?

I'll be doing a Post Office pickup after the weekend when my Xmas present turns up ( 2 GTX 1060's). :-)

Cheers.

Message 1833309 - Posted: 30 Nov 2016, 8:54:48 UTC - in response to Message 1833252.

Lucky dog, I still have a PNY LC GTX580 that needs a faster fan installed, today I filled out some forms, I next have to make copies of 4 pieces of paper, 2 of which I don't have yet, just so I can get some help with weatherization, plus maybe a new gas central heater, the current heater pilot light blows out easy(this is not a water heater).

Maybe one day I'll get 1 or 2 MSI GTX 660 Gaming X cards.

I've had a pair of GTX660's for 3 years now in my 3570K rig and a pair of GTX550Ti's in my 2500K rig for 5 years, but the 660's will replace those those 550Ti's and the 1060's the 660's.

The main thing is that under SETI all of them use about the same amount of power but the later 1's are much more efficient and productive.

I won't waste $'s on older power hungry hardware when more modern and cheaper to run hardware is available at a reasonable price.

Cheers.
