A message from Celttoth's son:

Thank you again to everyone.

I am over whelmed that you all felt so highly about my dad, he used to talk about his SETI buddies all the time. I can see why.

Could some one pleas post my Thanks in the rest of the message boards? obviously I can not with a RAC of 0.

Very sorry to hear this sad news. I knew him only from his posts on these boards, and they spoke of a warm-hearted and immensely kind man. A loss to us all. My sincerest condolences to his family.

I think the photo Byron posted is one of the happiest pictures I've ever seen of anyone. You can't help but smile with them.

I'll add my farewell to Celttooth/Ian. We exchanged a few puns, over time, and
I shall truly miss him. My best to his family.

I can't imagine these boards without Ian :( But it's his kind, wise and supportive PM's that I will miss the most. The love he had for his family, and how very proud he was of them all, warmed my heart beyond measure. I am so saddened to think how much his passing will be hurting them now.

I've been enormously privileged to have had my life touched by him, and always will be. My deepest sympathies and condolences go to Marie, Shawn and his wonderful family at this terrible loss.

OMG

I've been staring at the screen for 10 minutes. I'm at a loss for words.
No idea what he saw in me that he liked but he was always sooo supportive.
And funny.

I've got a lump in my throat...

Sorry to hitch-hike on yours, Suzie-Q, but I've spent a long time trying to think what to say, and nothing came.
Happy Crunching,

Graham

I completely understand. It took me some time, too. It's the thought that counts.

Every contribution is appreciated more than I can express.

I hoping that we can get this done in time.

Thank you again to everyone for you well wishes and heartfelt good byes. I honestly had no idea that my Father was so loved by such a large and welcoming community.

If anyone needs the link again I am re-posting it.
