I participate on the SETI threads because the ideas exchanged, and the quality of intellect of those participating here is(predominantly) FAR SUPERIOR to the average internet denizen whose egos are dazzled by the prospect of seeing their thoughts(however mundane or illogical) displayed.

Kittyman, let me tell you about the liberals I know. They tend to have professions, not jobs. Their incomes range from good to fabulous. Their offspring range from zero to two. They have enough advance degrees to wallpaper a small bathroom. They buy organic foods because they worry about what commercial fertilizers and pesticides do to our water supply and worse yet, what they do to the people who grow and harvest our food. They slap solar panels on their roofs, take public transportation where they can and drive hybrid cars elsewhere, because they worry about their carbon footprints. When disasters strike they do more than sanctimoniously say, "I'll add you to my prayers." Instead, they open their wallets and send real assistance.

When you talk about liberals, please know that you are talking about MY PEEPS!!! So either qualify what you say with a written disclaimer that your hateful words are based on EXTREMELY LIMITED personal experience, or shut your damn mouth.
