It's gonna be a long time until I achieve my next milestone.
A billion credits for one user is hard to get to.
And I know that some have smaller achievements that, for them, are just as significant in their eyes.
I do not belittle them in any way.

But, I personally have just hit 811 million all Seti creds.

And it has taken me years of crunching and paying the electric bills to do this.
Some may think me crazy. Perhaps.
Obsessed? Could be.
Devoted to this project? Without a doubt.

I do have my random moments when I question why I have given up so much to do this. They usually clear up when I get sober.....LOL.

The project is a success because of the many, not one or two users like myself that are so dedicated. And, I wish to hear from you as well.

The point is this.
Here is a place for any and all users to pontificate on their own personal watermarks. As high or low as they may be, if it is important to you, post it here.

The kitties appreciate all other participants in this great search.

Hi kittyman...

A Billion Credits!!!

My 'goals' are a little smaller ;-)

Just the next 10 million mark. By tweaking, and sometimes (recently) upgrading my GPU.

Well, it's a hell of a goal.
But, it would be my next major milestone.

I just hope the project can hang on so long................LOL.

I have had much smaller goals. Like completing 11 good tasks for each of the 12 Android apps on one device.

That first 100 million is indeed a milestone to be savored.

Greetings Kittyman

Well that number just massive, myself I am aiming to hit 10 million. I like to try and do small steps, only 3 crunchers and sometimes only part time.

Its enjoyable just to crunch, but also to help out when I can.

Cheers to you and your kitties.

Tazzduke (Down Under)

PS Just realised that if can make it through to September 2017 it will be 10 year milestone. :-)

I just passed 1,234,567 credits, if that counts as an achievement. Although, I didn't witness that specific number. My RAC has skyrocketed after upgrading the GPU to a NVidia 10-series. Got a silver medal tag for the first time. Seems to be around 5k RAC to get one.

After overcoming power issues and Windows10 interference, I have finally worked my way back up to a RAC of over 200K. Now in top 20 participants and 2 systems in top 10. Let's see if I can keep them stable...

Congrats Jake, nice number.
I run the exact same CPU and GPU type as you but under Win 10.

This year, I hope to be able to afford a hardware upgrade and to learn more about GPU computing and basically, all of the bells and whistles Moore added since that fateful day in early 2009 when the 2Ronin squad took a mandatory detour into the woods lol...That colorful SETI screen saver helped me through many an Alaskan sub-zero midnight. I have run distributed projects on generator power, because I believe the hive-mind is the best mind. But it's shameful to me that I have been derailed on the upgrades for so long. Thank you to everyone for keeping those power supplies warm :-) :-) XOXOXOXOXOXO P.S. Dear Santa, all I want for Christmas is MORE POWER !!!!!! Lol.....
