You have to remember Ian that all of "Countries Shame" threads are started
by a certain poster, in retaliation for constantly losing arguments to other posters.
After determining, to the best of his knowledge, the country of origin of
the one who bested him, he then goes on a campaign to shame that country.
Which is why he get's so upset when posters claim International/none in country affiliation.

The reason for those threads? Thought that was pretty obvious, especially as seen on these boards, everyone attacking each other's country - & blindly failing to see each other's faults.
