WARNING - the latest round of 64-bit Windows 10 updates appears to have blocked BOINC from finding the OpenCL interface to my GT 440. The CUDA interface does not seem to be affected. |

I think you will find that this is due to Windows installing its own driver which does not include any OpenCL component. This has been going on for a while now and there are several threads about it. You need to reinstall the graphics driver for your card from the Nvidia website. |

reinstalling your video card driver alone is not enough, the problem will return once windows 10 decides to do another driver update. reinstall your video card manufacturer driver click start, type 'devices and printers', choose your computer, right click and go to 'device installation settings' and tick off: 'no, let me choose what to do' and then tick off: 'never install driver software from windows update' your done. |
