Fascinating how people can create works of art where others see only scrap metal..

I like it too...but it is also amazing what passes as art today....really anything goes nowadays.....but some thing like this horse is quite appealing to me.....

That is a very cool horse. I wonder how long it took to make?

A few from last week. I moored up at a place called Tixall Wide, near Shugborough Hall

The gatehouse to the long departed Tixall Hall

A goose just passing by

Duck trying to swim upstream in fast flowing River Trent - with little success

A tree bud

Shot of Great Hawood lock from under the lock bridge

Ornate canal bridge near Shugborough Hall

Singular tree on the other side of Tixall Wide to where I was moored

The gatehouse and the stables are all that are left - Below is a picture of what the house, sorry HALL, looked like:

The Robins here are a bit larger with just a red breast, They love to wake you up at daybreak just outside your window.
They mostly all go farther south for the winter but a few will stick around all year.
I don't mind because I know spring is here when the show up as a group.

Chris, that's a Wren, as the Wiki page you lifted the original image from makes perfectly clear.
