Company's will charge what the market can afford / willing to pay, but $150 per inhaller means that the drug company's are ripping you off ,or can't you see that
but then again spose it's the healthcare / insurance companys that pick up the tab .

edit : By the way how does a homeless person go about setting up a company to surply healthcare drugs , they're multimillion £ worldwide companys. And i ain't meaning cooking up meth before you go there !

Didnt CFC's get phased out in the 1990's , If the USA are still paying for that , $150 per inhaller , fairly sure the propellant they use nowadays don't cost that much . The Drug manufacturers woulds have a bulk surply sorted out from Air Products or another gas surplier .
The NHS aint perfect by any means but it ain't fu-kd up enough to charge the amount you pay per inhaller
