The Deputy Surgeon General Thor said today that it's now mandatory to wash your hands not only on Saturday (Lögardagen) but also do it every day many times. Offerings to him is still beer, though the word could mean ale, cider, wine, mead or whatever. Thor says it's not a remedy but he will appreciate your gifts as always. |

Another Thorsday but it's not Ragnarök yet and it's still the same design. Thor says after being advised by a vǫlva, a seeress . þvætta hǫndunum yðar ok standa à húsið þinn ok sóttin hverfa. Meaning "Wash your hands and stay at your house and the disease will disappear". |
