On the upper left coast the heat wave has broken, the smoke fro the fires in Canada and California is abating and all is well.

On the lower left coast temperature is average, sun is shining, smog under control, and no earthquakes or typhoons.

He popped by this morning with a deluge. I wasn't expecting him. Then one of his minions arrived on what must have been at least twelve great big fat wheels and redistributed what had missed me, from a lake of undrained puddle that had accumulated under the railway bridge. So that was exhilarating.

I'm very glad to hear those wildfires are being tamed under his wise manoeuvrings.

World Community Grid Team Captains can register (until Sept. 23) their team for the THOR Challenge 2018 here (source).
