I am using a GeForce GTX 660 and this has done excellent work on GPU units in the past. However, the driver has been updated today by NVIDIA and BOINC is telling me that the GPU is missing, so crunching of GPU units has ceased. Another possible symptom is that Firefox will not now load: fine if I download it fresh each time but as soon as I close it, it will again not load. I am utterly clueless as to how to proceed. Any help in simple words that an idiot can understand would ne most gratefully received. ![]() ![]() |

One problem solved. Easy, of course: repair BOINC. GPU units now running OK. Firefox still not working, though! ![]() ![]() |
