Can't figure out how to get help on this project. Would like to know how and have my boinc stats updated to match my windows numbers. Have processed 243000 credits but boinc only shows 222000 and has not updated since you upgraded the servers.

Tried to use forum but it will not allow me to post anything even though I have been processing data for over a month. Any help would be appreciated. Problem started after the servers went down for a day after the upgrade.

Thanks
Frank

BOINC Stats (along with all the other third party stats sites) rely on getting data from the replica database which has been of offline since the crash at the weekend.

BOINC statistics where? On a webpage (like BOINCstats) or in BOINC Manager->Advanced view->Statistics tab?
BOINCstats isn't affiliated with BOINC (other than in name) or Seti. It is a third party statistics gathering site, with its own forums.

If you meant in BOINC Manager statistics tab, you may want to check in the Projects tab if the Account column still shows the user name you registered with here.

But your taskslist shows that you are returning work, so you are getting credit. The only other problem that may have to do with it is that the replica database server at this project is off line, and has been off line for the past 2 days. Most all the data from our accounts, hostIDs, tasks we run etc. are coming from the replica server.

I think that yesterday during maintenance all data on our pages was refreshed, but that since that time it's waiting for the replica again. Running that data from the primary database will add an overload onto that server, as it's also constantly written to by hosts returning work and asking for more.

Is there a possible time when the replica database will be back up and running?

It is up&running, but some 17,000+ seconds behind the primary. Although it is catching up. See the right column at http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/sah_status.html
