Hello all, the window showing the work progress goes full screen on my PC, preventing me to do anything. The only way to stop this is to simply suspend the session. Where's the trick? Can't I reduce that stuff to a single window, or minimize it completely, instead of having it take full control of my PC in 2 seconds after I leave my mouse?? Thanks |

If you don't want to use the screen saver, you can disable it in the same manner as you disable all screen savers: right click the desktop, properties, personalize, screen saver, scroll its option to None. Although you can also play around with the settings for the BOINC screen saver, change the time out for it to start etc. That it plays full screen, well that's what a screen saver does. If you want to merely see the graphics, use the "Show graphics" button in BOINC Manager. |

Hello Ageless, the point is, my screen saver is already set to None. And I can't find the Show graphics button anymore, although I remember using it the first time I run the thing (yesterday). ??? |

Hello Ageless, OK, after restarting today it does look better. Found the Show Graphics, and it's off. Let's see... |
