Just added my computer http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/show_host_detail.php?hostid=7908770

I haven't received any tasks yet. Milkyway and einstein both had work available immediately.

A couple of possible reasons:
BOINC (which manages how tasks are run) may have filled your cache with tasks from the other two projects (fairly common)
You haven't got "v8" selected on your options for SETI (although that is the default status)

Or you are asking for work for the GPU only, a thing that isn't possible yet at the moment at this project because for version 8 there are no default GPU applications (Nvidia, AMD or Intel) available yet.

They're coming, but testing is proving difficult.

Thanks for the info. I did realize the CPU was not selected. I changed that and it gave me one WU for the CPU. That was it. Since then, nothing.

v8 is selected now too.

You are running anonymous platform applications, meaning that you yourself or someone with advanced knowledge installed these applications. It also means that you have to update the applications by hand, when they are available.

Only stock CPU applications are available at this time. If you wouldn't have anonymous platform apps installed, the version 8 application would download automatically.

But, since there are no stock GPU applications and no modified CPU or GPU applications yet - they're coming, but again, testing goes slow - you won't get work other than resent work for version 7, or if you allow it Astropulse when it is available.

The one task you had was a resend version 7.

I had to rebuild my hard drive and reinstall BOINC and Seti and I'm not getting any tasks either now. Have no idea what is wrong. Do not have V8 installed as usually upgrades automatically.

Whenever you install BOINC clean, it will ask for 1 second worth of work from any project. That's one task. Exactly as many as you've gotten , according to your task list at the time of this answer.
