The tanks were first placed in the rear and later near the rear axle. Even later, plastic tanks replaced the metal ones. The EV and its batteries will also undergo such an evolution.

I have some sad news. David Streeter's prognosis is not very good right now. I don't have all the details but the person who is caring for his affairs says that he probably doesn't have much time left. He isn't able to do much besides lying in bed and watching television. He is being fed by tube.

Anyhow this fellow complains about this happening, but he should be thankful that he also doesn't have to put up with "Stock On Road" signs on top of those.

Everywhere you drive in Sydney at the moment, you’re confronted with this sight – only to discover there’s not a road worker to be seen.

I get to see both on regular extended road trip Tuesdays (and even those short jobs just into town as well). :-(

These 1/2 plane, 1/2 flying fan Osprey "aircraft" have a bad history of crashing and falling out of the sky for no reason. IMHO I would not fly in it for that reason.

Seven Air Force crew members still missing after deadly Osprey crash

Rescuers scoured waters off Japan on Thursday for seven missing US Air Force personnel whose Osprey crashed during a training exercise in the latest incident involving the tilt-rotor military aircraft.

"The cause of the mishap is currently unknown," it said in a statement Wednesday, with emergency personnel "on scene conducting search and rescue operations."

An emergency management official in the Kagoshima region where the crash took place said police had received information that the aircraft had been "spewing fire from a left engine."
