You might want to avoid I-45 between Dallas & Houston in the near future ... Especially if you see lots of JB Hunt Semi Trucks...

Nearly another Darwin award

But if that's supposed to be CCTV, why is the camera so wobbly?

Apart from the poor video quality which is "endemic" with cheap CCTV some people do mount their cameras in a most jaunty manner so the slightest whiff of a breeze sets them rocking.
Pretty dumb place to park with plod so close behind, and no real attempt to take the bend.

Nearly another Darwin award
And they nearly took some other poor sod(s) out with them.
How lucky was the person/were the people in that other car?

Another reason why you should not trust A.I. and/or computers to do the navigation:

https://www.cnn.com/2021/06/23/us/pedestrian-bridge-collapse-washington-dc/index.html
Surely the quotes below are mutually exclusive.
A pedestrian bridge that likely was struck by at least one vehicle collapsed onto Interstate 295 in Washington, DC

DC Fire and EMS said in a tweet. "We don't have any structural concerns about the bridge. It was last inspected in February," Mayor Muriel Bowser said.

Or, maybe I am wrong and bridge designers, builders and inspectors, don't have to take into consideration the effects of a fully laden truck crashing into the bridge supports.

We here had the same complacency until a sleeping road driver sleep drove off a road bridge embankment near Selby to block the path of a speedy train... A second train then added yet more carnage...

Since then, (hopefully) all roads have been assessed and upgraded with wagon-proof barriers to stop any further 'collateral damage' from road vehicles.

The crash protection added to protect bridge supports for our motorways look impressively expensive for the retrofitting...

All an old SEP that came back to haunt?

Stay safe folks!

Will we see aerial speed cameras?
600 miles on a tankful
Nice, can we have those engines in normal cars?

That's about what I get on my current car. My tank takes around 42 litres to go from 'reserve' to full: I wonder how large theirs is?

Tesla Model S Plaid erupts in flames and briefly traps owner after electronic doors fail, attorneys say
It happened outside Philadelphia days after the man took delivery ... and that it took more than two hours to extinguish.

... “With the Teslas, you’ve got to just put copious amounts of water on it,”

Some people should never be allowed out on the roads.

Driver running late for work mounts his Subaru Impreza onto a Kia after failing to give way.

I hope that he had good insurance.

Cheers.

Dude probably can't get a 5G enabled cellphone to work in the valley & mountain area.
Only in California do you see things like this...
