Hi everyone, I haven't been that active with SETI and boinc setup on my pc. I have a moderate pc with a few ok specs: CPU: core i-7 4770K (clocked at 4Ghz) GPU: MSI nvidia 960 GTX 4GB OC Edition Memory: 24 gb ram When reading up on some info, I see people allow their gpu to be used instead of CPU, or maybe both for that matter. I updated every piece of software to the latest versions. Never use Windows update to update drivers. When I check Task Manager (preformance) I see CPU is on full load. Using Speccy to see usage and temperatures, I see my GPU is idle. How can I fix it that my gpu will be used wit boinc? Thnx in advance |

Just now there is little point in using the GPU for work on the main project as there aren't any tasks available for the Nvidia GPUs- the applications are still being developed and tested. Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |
