I have no idea when it is going to come back online though as a download server Vader still appears at SSP running several tasks. So I think it is not BOINC web-server. Nslookup for boinc.berkeley.edu results 208.68.240.115 (isaac.ssl.berkeley.edu) and nslookup for vader.ssl.berkeley.edu points to 208.68.240.127 Well...
