Seti@Home is the only project I am running. When the screensaver is running it seems to be switching between work units, instead of finishing on before moving to the next. Is there a way to stop this and have it finish the work it's doing before switching to the next unit?

You have two CPU cores. When BOINC shows the screen saver, it will show one for each running task and switch between those. If you really do not want that, you can disable switching between them in the Settings of the BOINC screen saver.

Do Start -> Search, type 'screen saver' without quotes, click "Change screen saver". Make sure the screen saver chosen is BOINC, click Settings, slide the last slider to Never. OK.

Then the screen saver for just one of the two running tasks will show, all the time until that task finishes and only then will it switch to the other task.
