Oh well and my last brew is going to get bad since i`m still not feeling good enough to bottle it. :(

So long as you don't open the airlock you should be ok for up to a week Mike.

Well I just got my brew down so all I have to do now is empty another dozen bottles before it's ready to bottle.

Anyhow it must be near time to take a wander down the hill for a few, but by this time next week I'll be having beers back at the top pub seeing as the current Licensee has been given notice to move along.

Cheers.

This breww was set on oct 19th.
So i dont have much hope. :(

Do you know someone with a still Mike?

The ickahol is still recoverable. ;-)

Cheers.

I fear not so i guess it has to go into trash.
Its not the end of the world but i`m running low again. :(
I have to add that my recent brews were very tasty :)

Now that's the saddest news I've heard all week. :-(

Its not the end of the world but i`m running low again. :(

I just have to empty 4 more bottles by Monday or Tuesday so I can bottle this current brew and that'll give me 38 dozen full 750ml bottles in stock.

I have to add that my recent brews were very tasty :)

Sometime next week I'll be seeing what this new Coopers Lager recipe tastes like. They've been aging for 8 months now.

Anyhow, I'm going out to cut some grass before the storms return again this afternoon and then I'll see about those 4 bottles.

Cheers.

Those 4 bottles shouldn`t be problem i hope :)
I really hope i`m feeling better soon so i can start a new brew again.
During the holidays i have to buy beer because the other brews are still to young. :(

Like i said its not the end of the world but less fun.

No those 4 bottles wern't a problem as there's 10 sitting on the sink this morning after 4 buddies turned up here as the mower ran out of fuel.

Cheers.

The way you go through it you might consider putting in a draft tap, save you washing so many bottles. LOL
Cheers everybody

That was just a good day Grant, usually there's only 2 or 3 bottles on the sink of a morning (or none if I'm having rum).

Anyhow I did my Good Friday run into town this morning while we getting our 1st taste of summer here (28C here at noon) and I've certainly got the taste for a beer or 3 now. ;-)

Cheers.

Hmmmm......
I wonder if the mower running out of fuel might have been a planned event....LOL.

We actually hit 33C (felt like 32C) here today Grant, but a few beers here with a couple of mates followed by a few more down the hill with a few more, which was followed by a few more here with another mate (I got to remember to do a refill tonight).

But ATM I'm having a break while I strip out, clean and upgrade some PC's around here. :-D

Cheers.

G'afternoon everyone.

After blowing the dust bunnies out of 4 PC's here and moving around 7 GPU's, I'm now working away on my 3570K rig with 2 new 3GB GTX 1060's in it showing me what they can do.

Anyhow, after all of that I deserve a beer or 3 now. :-D

Cheers.

Thanks Mike.

Well after lugging my old Athlon x4 workstation this morning to the far end of my property and clearing old some old cables out, I can now get back online and have entertainment in my bedroom just in time for Xmas (now I just need a couple more HDMI cables).

Now I deserve another another beer or 3 after another sweaty morning.

Cheers.

No brew shaking happened here Grant, but I've finally got the bottles sterilised and ready to bottle, after I have a cool down break.

Cheers.

Now as some of you may be aware I am currently residing on the Isle of Wight.

There is a brewery here on the island today in the local store I noticed.

Yep "Wight Christmas Ale"

It is not too bad but not really worth the £3.59 a bottle I paid when on the next shelf is Hobgoblin for £2.50, which in my opinion is better.

Still got to support the local industry, so time for another bottle I think

For those of you interested in ingredients:

Cheers!!
