I watched the new Superman movie on HBOMax. It didn't suck. The dog was cute.

Guess the Dalmatian in the comics didn’t survive Hollywood and morphed into a shelter rescue terrier mix.

I watched that, too. Yes, it was good. Now I want to see Nobody 2 but I don't want to pay $19.99 to "rent" it.

Monster: The Ed Gein Story is very good and not exactly what I expected it to be. It's pretty gory, so be forewarned. It's on Netflix.

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Deathwatch. Netflix Animation adaptation.
In the shadowy world of espionage, Sam Fisher is a rumor and a legend. Pulled back into action, he must help a new recruit unravel a global conspiracy.

From the writer of the John Wick franchise. Watched 2 episodes so far and it has a double digit body count. Just watch the trailer for a preview of the action.

Well there was 2 of us here that didn't like the way that season 2 of "The Old Man" finished knowing that season 3 was cancelled.

There should be a law about releasing unfinished work.

It seems that you have to pick your time to access the forums today, but anyway, at least 1 of us enjoyed the motor racing each afternoon down on the Gold Coast over the weekend though both of us a good laugh and giggle watching 2 series of a U.K. show called "The Change" where a menopausal mother takes a break away from her husband and teenage kids in a small country village in the middle of a forest and accidentally through many twists and turns starts a war that pitches husbands against wives over domestic chores.

We both hope that there'll be 3rd season as the end of the 2nd season had yet another twist.

Cheers.

Kakuriyo: Bed and Breakfast for Spirits
I watched 29 episodes in 3 days to get current up to season 2. It is imho a slow burn romance tale.

Female college student Aoi inherited her deceased grandfather’s ability to see ayakashi. One day, while Aoi is feeding some ayakashi, a demon appears! He declares that Aoi’s grandfather owed a great debt, and as compensation, Aoi must marry the demon! Aoi refuses, and decides to pay off the debt by working.

Sisu.
I'll take it over to Kittyman's place so the kitties can bury it deep. John Wick level violence and action, with a few "I didn't see that coming " and "Saw it coming telegraphed happening". The main character survived Captain America level walls of bullets flying at him and walking away with a few holes and no limps in his walking. Fight scenes that would ordinary people in the hospital. And finally the C-47 angering in and walking away. Then making it finally to his final destination with the dog in the sidecar acting as if he had a hard day at work. It was a watch once and a dust collector on the shelf.

Red One

Santa is kidnaped and Dewayne Johnson has to rescue him. It was a okay movie. Hollywood tried to be flashy and let you down. It had a few adult level moments but was mostly geared for younger children.

Seeing as the test cricket only lasted 2 days (out of 5) we watched another season of "Return to Paradise", the mini series called "Reckless" (I'm still in 2 minds over that 1) and finished off the latest season of "Blue Lights".

Cheers.
