I've been rewatching Stargate Atlantis on Hulu, and I'm finding that I've lost all patience for stupid people in this show. The Earth people in Atlantis are supposed to be above-average or even Genius, yet they do a lot of stupid things. Of course I know that they do those things to move the plot along, but I don't care. I'm losing all patience in my golden years. LOL! I loved all the stargate series and bought the complete DVD collections when they came available. Copied them all to MP4 so I could watch from laptop. Was disappointed with Universe but was even more disappointed when it was canceled. The reboot of Nikita was not as good as the 1999 version and I just read there is a reboot of the reboot! A reboot of true blood in the works supposidly. There seems to be no reboot of Dresden Files. Fans complained that Paul Blackthorne was not 6'6"" tall like the book said he was supposed to be. if that show as cancele4d for that type of comment they got what they deserved. my 2c ID: 2085028 · Reply Quote

It's set in the Ballarat Goldfields back in 1855 depicting the frictions between the Aboriginals, the Chinese and the Europeans. I guess that you could call it our version of the wild west in a way. They took all the animated source material and tossed it into a blender. They are taking artistic license to the very max. In the first episode they had a holdup scene from the movie and a location from the series and added something slightly way out of character for the both of the mains. Then there are a few other things that are the right place but wrong location and time. Also I did not expect to see the “teddy bomber” in the first episode.
