The Mist and Mr. Mercedes - the two Stephen King book adaptations airing now.

Sinner, which is a limited series and has only three (I think) episodes left.

I'm enjoying all of them, but I'd have to say The Mist isn't as good as the others.

Lori an I have watched the first 2 episode of Mr. Mercedes.........
Just interesting enough so far to continue, but it's a weird one.
Don't know where the plot is gonna go. Some things are too obvious, so there have to be some twists coming.

I think it's another story about someone chasing their white whale.
But it's good, so I'm watching.

I've been quite surprised recently by all the formerly-forbidden curse words I've been hearing on TV.

A correction: Sinner is actually The Sinner, not that it makes much difference.

Me too. Not offended, just surprised.
But most of that stuff is not on network TV, so they get away with it, I think.

I like the audio version in 3D sound on cd. Different ending too.

I watched "2001: A Space Odyssey" again last night, and while I do like the film, I still think some of the scenes drag on way too long. On the other hand, one of my favorite scenes in the movie is when HAL is lip-reading the astronauts plotting against him.

I watched a very strange movie last night, called "Demon Seed". It was like a low-budget cross of HAL from 2001, and Rosemary's Baby.

The Death Star is now in orbit...

Seriously I'm watching the KTLA 5 News, weather is on and they're talking about IRMA...

Next after IRMA is JOSE...

I'm glad I live in California.

The Southeast looks doomed.

Just watched the Goodyear blimp circle around for a landing at the small airport near my house. Quite a surreal sight.

Me too, that other ship got the point of the redwood real quick, but then they asked for it.
