Your computers are still hidden. The setting is on the Project preferences page. "Should SETI@home show your computers on its web site?" You need to Update after changing preferences. Seti@Home classic workunits:20,676 CPU time:74,226 hours A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association) |

Weird that is the setting I changed, the box is ticked and I updated preferences. Just tried update in BOINC manager as well. Still appears hidden if I follow my userid from the forums. Your computers are still hidden..... It can also take up to an hour for the change to take effect also. ;-) David, how many CPU tasks are you running and are you keeping 1 CPU core free to feed the GPU? Cheers. |

I have received my first ever Astropulse GPU units today. However, I find these are crashing Windows, three times today the screen has locked up and the fans slow down as all BOINC work stops. I would nuke the above command line and let it run at default first. Only start tweaking command lines once it's stable. For comparison, my core2quad w/1x750ti uses the following (probably default for my config): -use_sleep -unroll 6 -oclfft_plan 256 16 256 -ffa_block 2830 -ffa_block_fetch 2830 -tune 1 64 4 1 -tune 2 64 4 1 |

Your computers are still hidden..... Its a 6 core Haswell-E processor and I have a total of 12 tasks: 11 CPU one GPU + 1 CPU running. System is stable with normal GPU tasks. GPU-Z shows temp is OK with Astropulse work units, My app_config is as follows, looks to be working allocating one CPU to the GPU Astropulse task. <app_config> <app> <name>setiathome_v8</name> <gpu_versions> <gpu_usage>1</gpu_usage> <cpu_usage>1</cpu_usage> </gpu_versions> </app> <app> <name>astropulse_v7</name> <gpu_versions> <gpu_usage>1</gpu_usage> <cpu_usage>1</cpu_usage> </gpu_versions> </app> </app_config> |

So the installer I used for SoG was the Lunatics v0.45beta. Is there a newer release and where do I find it? Mike's world seems to be gone. "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

Mike's world seems to be gone. http://mikesworld.eu/download.html Lunatics win32/64 0.45 Beta 6 is the most current one. The stock application is more recent, but most of the improvements were to improve things on lower end hardware. Grant Darwin NT |

http://mikesworld.eu/download.html Thank You Grant, I'll run it and see what happens. Without Intel GPU "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

Without Intel GPU That alone will probably make the biggest difference. By default, if your OS & CPU support it, AVX is the application for the CPU and the installer should select it. But for the GPU, you have to make sure you select SoG. From memory the default is the most compatible, which is very slow. EDIT- if you select iGPU in the installer, and de-select iGPU in your Seti project settings, that should allow you to finish whatever iGPU work you have, and not get any more or error out what is presently in your cache.
