Over time, my valid task totals seem to be lowering. For example, I'll have 100 valid tasks, then a few days later that total will drop to 80.

My BOINCstats accumulate upwards. There does not appear to be any technical issue.

Is there something I'm missing about timeframes of tasks, or statistically how tasks are reported and potentially removed over time?

My expectation would be that valid tasks always increment upwards, representing the total contribution over the full lifetime of participation.

Within 24 hours of receiving validation, tasks are removed from the website to prevent issues with the back-end database.
