When SETI receives a confirmed extraterrestrial signal how will SETI@Home client users receive a notification in real-time using SETI@Home on a mobile communication device?

Twitter alerts from a SETI twitter account exclusively for confirmed signals is the fastest way today. Perhaps a customized official alert system from SETI@Home application for Android and iPhone devices is best.
