Hello Gordon frome brewski land, everyone is busy right now I was just sipping my beer looking ar the computer. LOL Party is on com join us. :))

It's kind of busy on my end, tonight. Lots of people coming in for Derby.

all the wild hourses won't get out of this one. LOL

I don't even know who's running.

I don't know who's running either Gordon and I just got back from the pub. ;-)

I am sure that I'm beer'd out now, so it's time for Rum O'clock. :-D

It's been a long time since I've had a rum n' coke. Never drank them when out; it was mainly an at home thing. Either way, if I had a pub closeby like you do, I'd be in there at least enough for a couple Guinness once or twice a week. :~)

G'morning everybody, I see that some were showing of their artistic skills while I was otherwise occupied. :-)

I've been making the most of this morning's sunshine and mowed the yard again as we're expecting a few days of heavy rain again (starting later today) as well as catching up on some domestic duties that I was prevented from doing over the last few days.

Beer O'clock is due in 1.5hrs, but I still have to do a few things around town yet (drop off a laptop, pay my car rego and get dog food) so I'd better get a move on. ;-)

I couldn't watch that cougar film(my work computer plays YouTubes, but not most other video, go figure).

The only really "wild" critter I've seen in my neck of the woods is a beady-eyed possum.

I come to think of a schetch from SNL where some fans of "The Bears" sitting drinking "some" beers and eats.

Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening or whatever......everyone.

I live across the street from a park through the middle of which runs Ralston Creek (one of the places gold was first discovered in Colorado). The creek gives an unobstructed path to a lot of wildlife coming down from the mountains 7 miles west of me.

In the 24 years I've lived here I have seen Ducks, Geese, Foxes, Raccoons(found one living under the seat of my boat :), Deer, Elk, Coyotes, and a Bobcat. I have seen the tracks of Cougars, and a friend had his barbecue destroyed by a Bear, luckily the propane bottles were in the garage. Here's a link to a local news story from 2012 regarding a Cougar in a tree about 300 yards from where my friends barbecue was destroyed. You can see his house in the background.

We keep our trash in 'Bear Proof' containers and hope for the best.

I never know 'whom' I will meet on my strolls through this 'City Park'.
