Oh I love fishing so much but I can't walk very good anymore and to walk on the rocks I can't handle it.

So my second love love in life is beer and I can sit for that. :))

I have to tell you I never miss weekends, only
now the weekends last all week if I want them to....

Another thing is all the extra time I have, heck
now if I want to go fishing I can't beg off due to
the lack of time. (Like that would ever happen.)
Money, I really don't miss slugging it out day after
day, year after year, and for what, money? Her Royal
Highness is kind enough to send the wife and I scads
of good dirty, smelly, funny Canadian money each and
every month. (I don't have to lift a finger for it.)
Yeah, retirement is a bitch, but I am still willing
to do my part even after all these years.

And Peace and Cheers to you ZS, 7 hours to go here. Had a Black and Tan with lunch Wednesday, the bar lady didn't know what she was doing and made a mess of it. Still was mighty good and filling.

I miss the joy weekends used to bring. It was something to look forward to that I didn't know I would miss in retirement.

Well DG Retirement is time never had time to do before and enjoy it all you want. I love it, worked many years to get here. :)
