Oh. The shot of Putin taking a dip is probably from when Russia celebrate Epiphany Day.
Epiphany Day was actually yesterday in Russia and it's winter there now.
But religion doesn't care of the climate:)

Putin is the #1 candidate in the upcoming election in March.
The #2 candidate is Vladimir Zhirinovsky.
