And the so called "elusive Russian" troops are in Ukraine.
But with no military id. I don't think Russian soldiers are so keen to fight in the summer holidays and most likely are they orded by Putin to do their job.

The Western media don't tell about it, but the situation on a front line in the East Ukraine worsens every day. The Ukrainian army concentrated about 65 thousands soldiers on a front line already. Artillery firefights occurs almost every day. It seems that the next escalation of the conflict is very close. Any local skirmish can develop into something larger and it will work as a "domino effect".
