I've REALLY joined you in the water retention club... My legs blew up and were retaining about 3 lbs. of water. I am currently on 80 mg of Furosemide to get rid of the excess water, and 20 mg of Potassium to reduce cramps and keep electrolytes up.

Damned sedentary lifestyle!!! :-(

I've REALLY joined you in the water retention club... My legs blew up and were retaining about 3 lbs. of water. I am currently on 80 mg of Furosemide to get rid of the excess water, and 20 mg of Potassium to reduce cramps and keep electrolytes up.

Damned sedentary lifestyle!!! :-(

It's hell isn't it? took me weeks to get it off and still fight it all the time.

Two weeks of treatment... Left leg almost normal, right leg still has swelling... Might need another week or so of treatment. :-(

Well it was in my lungs too so it took me longer Scott, I was in the hospital for a month with COPD and CHF.
