Yes Grant, you wouldn't have thought that a fortnight ago that I drove a Cat 1 off road firetruck from here down to South Australia to fight the fires in the Adelaide Hills only to have to out run flooding on my way back. I reckon that the rain followed me down there just to start filling up Lake Eyre. The people down there couldn't believe the rain that we were getting here, but I bet that they do now.

Well it can rain here for the next few days now (as is the forecast) as the yards here are all done and back to their usual cut height (after the jungle that grew here last month).

So a few well deserved beers are now called for and hopefully with no interruptions.
