I have read that pulse scores of 1.0 are the only ones that get reviewed. Is this correct?

Yes, pulses with a score of 1.0 or better are entered into the science database.

The Master science database totals on the Science status page indicate that on average there have been about 1.4 pulses per workunit entered.
