Good morning fellow beer drinkers, pré-Christmas beer o'clock in 9 hours here:)

Hi Julie. You know... I was thinking. There is pumpkin ale, but is there peppermint ale this time of year?

Makes sense in a way. I like to have a beer while doing yard work. :~}

Like I said I was really surprised to even see it on the shelf. :O I have been going there for 14 years now.

Well, the store I go in has fresh popcorn for everybody, so homebrew kits wouldn't surprise me, but I wonder if they have to have a special alcohol license to sell it?

Ours had popcorn too but the health department made them take it out because it was unsupervised. I'd get a bag everytime I went in :(

as for alcohol? it's not yet so I can't see them trying them to have one.

Unsupervised eh? *fills pockets* Cheers :)

So they do make such a thing. And one in the Porter family, which is right up my alley. I need to branch off from my usual grocery and go in some of the more esoteric beer shops. That will be one of my missions this weekend, :~)

Good Morning All,.......is it 'the Night before the night before Christmas'?

Or should it be "Oh Come all ye Thirsty?"

I'm leaving St Nick a beer snack 'for the road' (You can't tell me he got that belly from just eating snacks).

;<:D (can't make a proper elf hat!!!)

SIGH Big problems here... Going to the Christmas party of Seppe's dad tomorrow. Pj never attended it before (in my knowledge) and now he will be there (all of the sudden grmpf)... Wingdi doesn't want to go now, which is quite understandable... What should I do... Wingdi's mad now, also quite understandable... Sigh...

Nonetheless he is going to have to face it sometime so do it now. who knows they might become good friends. I went through it years ago and turned out just fine. Wingdi is your choice not his so he should live with it.

Thanx so much for your advice my friend:)

[edit] So I don't have to change anything... It's just that pj sometimes has such a powerful influence on me with his darn anthroposophy (or something) and his 'spirituality' GAWD! But I'm a strong woman! Cheers:)

I wish the cinema was like that, rather charging you a fiver for a cup full :( Cheers :)

How does this grab your coin purse. 1 ticket, 1 large drink and 1 large bucket of popcorn. It is between £16 to £19.

Sounds about right, the single reason I don't bother with it anymore. Cheers :)

Okay. I put my coins in a 15 piece mentors container. And my folding money and other cards in a wallet. And then I carry them in my trouser pockets with my Dodge Charger and house keys.

Used a coin purse for years, in fact brought a new one in a market on my recent trip to Cumbria.
