Good evening everyone, yes still kicking here and waiting for parts for my computer. :( One of my iMac's fans has been making noise for years, but it's still doing ok. I think the next computer I get, I'm going to get one with a Solid State Drive, but I guess you still have to have a fan or two, right? ![]() |

Ya not wrong there DG (I hope that you don't mind being called that) as my homebrew comes out at 6.3%. :-D G'day Gordon, I guess that ya at work again at this time. :-) Good to see ya back with us Grant (some of us were gettin' worried about ya), but gee ya're goin' thru some fans on that rig, maybe ya need to get a power/rpm splitter there so that ya mobo can still monitor the fan while powerin' it from the PSU. ;-) Hi Julie, I hope that your day goes quickly. ;-) Dinner time I think for me now, then I'll toss up wot to do after it. :-) I think that laptop has given me eyestrain. :-O Cheers. |

I hope that you enjoy those festive beers there Bernie. ;-) I'm sorry Gordon, but I've never bothered with labels myself. So long as the crate that they're has a bottled on date I'm happy. ;-) Cheers. |

Why waste time and money on labels? That's just silly IMHO as it can be spent on more beer. :-D Cheers. |

Good Morning all, good to hear you're back Grant. Holiday labels are always great to see. I love the artwork used in Beer/Ale advertising and labeling. That's what interested me in the beginning (1973) when I joined the Beer Can Collectors of America. The artwork on cans Post Prohibition are a sight to behold! Great colors, graphics and themes. My favorite type were green ale cans. And most of those cans had horses on them, I'm still trying to understand that connection. The green I understand as the predominant consumers of Ale in 1935 were Americans of Irish descent. And DG works just fine Wiggo. ![]() "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |
