It's almost time to sit back and relax as the last day of the cricket test match is only 15mins away from beginning (I just hope that No.1 buzzsaw stops by then so that I can hear it properly).

The big question will be though if I can hang on for another 75mins before having a beer.

Cheers.

Sadly at times these decisions can be very hard to make, though the pubs here have been open for half an hour already and it is Saturday here. ;-)

Cheers.

Well I did hang on, by cooking a meal, early lunch for me and breakfast for No.1. :-)

I havn't been down the pub for almost 2 weeks now, due to the weather, but I do like to socialise with others which is why I like going to the pub. ;-)

Now I'd better give C.W. a bit of attention while the cricket lunch break is on.

Cheers.

Damp and cold tonight, I think I'll just stay in.

Not me Grant, but the last day of the 1st test match against India kept me occupied for most of the day (we finally prevailed).

Ok, time to finish this beer and have dinner.

Cheers.

She got bored and went home after cricket's lunch time break Grant because I wanted to watch the game instead (it was turning into a cliffhanger). ;-)

I've also drawn the blinds and locked the door now so I can get a good night's sleep in tonight without being jumped upon during the night just after getting to sleep.

Have a good sleep buddy.

Cheers.

G'evening Julie and I hope that you have a good day there, but I think that I'll follow Grant and hopefully I'll have a good sleep and my back will feel a lot better in the morning.

G'night all & cheers.

I guess the days of pulling in random channels from a satellite dish are gone? I don't have a dish, but was just wondering if people can still do that. I imagine not because everything is scrambled nowadays and you have to pay a service. Just was curious about seeing these cricket matches, Wiggo has been talking about.

Got some much needed sleep being off from work overnight, and sipping some oj and getting ready to go the grocery. Gotta get some things dry-cleaned, too.

I have a lot of TV channels Gordon.
I can watch ESPN sports for example.
Sadly nothing from OZ.
I did love that show with the old guy checking on wildlife in the outback.
If i remember correctly it was on Planet TV.

My conventional cable tv service provides all sorts of flavors of ESPN and other sports and entertainment channels, but it would be neat to have the ability to dial in other countries.
