G'day Mike, is that 1 that you used malt in or dextrose?

Either way, I hope that you enjoy it. :-)

Cheers.

Thanks Chris for your suggestion and info about the weather stations from the other thread. I'm going to read up on those models this weekend. Also, thanks Uli... I'll see if I can find SciManSteve and message him about his setup.

G'day Gordon, I take it that you must be home at this time.

I just had to turn on the heater pad under my currently running brew due to the sudden low air temps that we have here Mike, 14C, but the windchill has cut that in half which is a big difference from the 20-25C that we've been having at this time of day lately. But does that beer taste anyway?

Time for another coffee.

Oh boy can some people snore like a chainsaw in action. :-O

Cheers.

Just reading about a habanero ale I'd like to try

I don't get adding flavors to a perfectly fine brew. Cave Creek(?) brewing in Arizona has a Jalapeno beer that I tried. Got it down but not without a struggle.
Habaneros are for making chili or hot sauce.

I think a little heat in a beer would be interesting. Definitely don't want to overdo it.

Home, and off tonight, so a little out of my routine... but it's nice to relax and actually have a beer; Negra Modelo at the moment.
