Does anybody use 'trick or treat' in Europe for Halloween.
I don't remember it from my stay in Deutschland.

Right, Julie's got the popcorn, now who will be next to show up?

Then the fun might start, and very soon after that the triumvirate will be complete, then the fun will really start :-)

Heh heh heh heh heh :)

I accidentally set light to an entire evening's supply of treats with a sparkler one year (in front of about ten or eleven devils, witches and ghosts who'd gathered at my door) and then promptly doused everyone and everything with a large bottle of coke cola which must have got a bit shaken up en route to the conflagration.

Either they thought their treat was escaping with their lives relatively intact or decided I was a force to be reckoned with when it came to tricks because we suffered no repercussions for having a lack of treats that year :)

Now I just hand out money :)

'Cutie' has been a word, being a compliment for hundreds of years.

I agree, don't let people intimidate you, if you feel some
comely young lady or fella in here deservers to be complemented with
with a special term of endearment, then yes. I think there is too much
political correctness going on in the world. Not that I
would encourage some person to disrespect so to speak, another
person. After all this is an international form here. Terms
of endearment can change from place to place, let alone from
country to country. No, I say if it feels good, then a person should say it!
Of course all comments given here are subject to change depending
on how fast Uli can get to her rolling pin.

The last time a guy said I was cute was in Bernie's
down by the water front in San Diego, in 1977.
He also called me Big Fella. I was saved by the
tallest police officer I ever saw, he had to be at
least 7'2" tall.
