Due to working excessive mandatory OT, my workouts had been neglected since November and it's showing. Now that OT is over, I'm back on my Personal Training schedule starting Friday.

Best of luck to all.
I hate the weighins at the Drs office. First not much privacy, secondly never accurate, as it is never our true weight.
It should be done in the exam room, when they ask you to strip and before you put that ridiculous frock on.
I am sure there is a scale out there, where you can hit a record button.
Pluto will always be a planet to me.

Weigh ins at the Doctors office, the scale at the one I go to only goes to 300lbs, I exceed that, I asked for a scale that goes higher, the owner declined to do so, so the nurses depend on what My scale says, since Mine does go to 500lbs, even though it's off by 12lbs, 12lbs too much for weights like Mine and 12lbs too little for My cat, I'm lucky it works and that the scale doesn't say, 'get off Me ya whale'...

Sadly new diet on trial - its called the "Stinking Cold Diet".
Appears to be fairly effective (about half a kilo in three days), but has rather unpleasant side effects, everything tastes like cardboard, lots of coughing and nose blowing, shivers, sweats....

Even tonight's "pan cracker" chilli tasted pretty bland :-(

Monday morning weigh in...

92.8kg

I feel like I've gained but I'm not sure how much because I get a different reading when I move the scales around a bit. So I have put a cork tile under the scales and decided on a place for them and wont move them. Todays weight will become my base starting weight.

230, I wish, if I was 230 again, I'd have to fight the women off of Me, though I looked much better at 190lbs... But that's what I get for being 6'1", eyes of blue and strawberry blond hair w/a teens hair line. All I'd need is the outfit Thor wears in the Avengers...

When I was 190lbs, I was 18yrs old, I could run a mile over hilly terrain without being winded, I was in the US Army, I had earned a Sharpshooters medal, I was good enough to hit stuff at almost 1200m(1320yds) w/an M16 rifle. I could also do chin ups with one or both arms to at least My chin and situps I could do almost 100 in 60 seconds.
