I was up 6 lbs. at the doctor today. Sigh.

She yelled at me as predicted, then gave me a prescription (and a discount card) for Belviq.

OK Monday morning weigh in...

Last weigh in 5th Jan 90.3kg

Today 91.7kg

Gain = 1.4kg = bummer

Lots of comfort eating over the last couple of weeks and slacking off on the exercise and the weight piles back on. Months to lose and weeks to gain back, ooooh no!

Ancient Submariner weigh-in.
o-dark-30 Monday 01 Dec 230 lbs.
Down 3 from last weigh-in.
Down at least 10 since 14 October.
Making progress.

0515 Monday 15 December - 229
Not much progress in 2 weeks, but I'm on the last hole in my belt, and about ready to punch a new one. But, 10 days to Christmas........

Late post - Monday 29 Dec weigh-in - 231. Guess that's okay, considering the changes in my eating habits with the long days we've been working. More progress once things settle down again....

Monday 12 January 2015 - 230.

Monday 19 Jan 2015 - 230 and holding. Probably countered any loss this week with the snacks during the football games yesterday. Oh, well, next week....

Not sure when I have a next weight in, but the cloth still fit.
Too all of you, just hang in there.
I am the one that keeps an office tradition alive, potlucks once a month during the US main tax season. We all bring our favorite foods and none of them are low Cal. So for me just maintaing my current weight will be tuff.

Homemade potato salad, I only see that at Thanksgiving around here, have a good time. Sometimes I wish I were closer to everything, instead of so out of the way, sigh.

Monday morning weigh in...

19th Jan 91.7kg

today 2nd Feb 90.9

It looks like I've lost weight but since I loaned my scales to the next door neighbours the readings have been all over the place ,especially if they move a bit on the uneven concrete floor. When i saw the doctor at the middle of last week he said I had gained 4kg over 2 months. My weight on his scales was obout 5kg heavier than on mine????
I'll try not to move my scales from now on and see how it goes.

Like any other scientific instrument, one has to have a stable, repeatable base for it to give realiable readings over time. If you don't keep it in the same place on the same floor, the measurements are really useless.

Oh shoot... today was Monday, wasn't it.

I'm not weighing in until the Monday after Eric's parents leave, and it is not going to be pretty.

Do you weigh yourself fully clothed at home? If not, that could be part of the difference. My shoes alone weigh 2 lbs each (steel-toe safety shoes).

I weighed myself fully clothed with boots at the doctors and with the same clothes and boots when I got home. there was about 5kg difference between our scales. But my normal weigh ins are in shorts and t-shirt so 3 to 4kg less again.
