I'll probably (not) get some flak for this, but is there a re-sat button on the i-Phone for re-setting U2, to a previously known good setting?

You can restore to the last back up. Just plug it into the computer you were using and when it's starts to back up, stop it. Then in iTunes restore to the prior version.

Apperently that does not work with this problem Carlos as it has something to do with the history and cookies or what ever Apple use as people have try'd that and it didn't work .
However the link i put up explains it and has a 10 step fix that you have to do .

Apple take to many liberty's with peoples phones and that is why i will never use one Apple are to smart buy harf .

Save yourself trouble buy a SAMSUNG GALAXCY S 5 much better phone and less trouble as you have control not the Freaking manufacturer

Ah, it appears that I might have been a little too subtle, with my original post. I was suggesting, that it was U2 that needed resetting to a previously known good setting....entirely due to their tie-up with (Cr)Apple!
