All combined it is art. The rock in it's natural setting would be a rock. But once you spend millions of dollars moving it and creating it's placement structure, it becomes a rock, I mean a work of art. Yes. Artist have problem with fundings. But we like to see art. Art is one of the Foundation pillar in a society. Like freedom of speech. ID: 1568405 · |
